She is survived by: her brother Wendell James Mayfield of Dallas; and her nieces and nephews, Courtney Sines, Ashley Nicole Richards, Madison Mikayla Brooke Sines, Allie Mae Rose Richards, Michael Brandon Sines, Andrew Tyler Folsom and Spencer River Sines. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
