He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Boutwell and Lucile Mitchell Boutwell Davenport; his wife Hilda Jo Williams Boutwell; and his brothers, Donny Boutwell and David Davenport.
He is survived by: his daughter Sharon; his son-in-law Jody Willis of Villa Rica; his son Dr. Jason Boutwell; his son-in-law Matt Bond of Ellijay; his sisters, Jeanette Boutwell Ide and Cathy Davenport Jackson; his grandchildren, Lindsey, Daniel McDonald, Dr. Leslie Willis and Cody Cahill; and his great grandchildren, Zoey McDonald and Everett McDonald. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
