She is survived by: her husband William Robert Willoughby III of Villa Rica, GA; her children, Robin Peck of Springhill, TN, Bob Willoughby (Judy) of Villa Rica, GA and Bill Willoughby (Melissa) of Villa Rica, GA; her sister Betty Steffers (Bobby) of Panama City, FL; and her grandchildren, Katie Werts, Cody Willoughby, Amy Willoughby, Grant Willoughby and Kay Butts. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
