She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Smith; her son Bruce R. Smith; and her brother Raymond Johnson. She is survived by: her son Kevin; her daughters-in-law, Adonna Smith and Paulette Blankenship Smith; and her grandchildren, LeighAnn, David Pruiksma, Shannon, Anthony Mann, Jeremy, Laura Smith, Joseph Smith, Tiffany and Walter Marrett. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
