He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Shrader and Virginia Hardee Shrader; his son David Schrader, Jr.; his brothers, Curtis Shrader and Thomas Shrader; and his daughter Margaret Crystal Faye Shrader.
He is survived by: his son Johnathan Ryan Shrader of Cartersville, Georgia; his brother James; his sister-in-law Margaret Shrader of Parma, Ohio; and his grandsons, Nathan Shrader, David Joe Matthews, Seth Matthews, Anderson Shrader, Johnathan Shrader and Edward James Shrader. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
