He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Weyman Summerlin and Maggie Louise Pharr Summerlin; and his siblings, Harry W. Summerlin, Jr., Marie Summerlin and Carolyn Slay.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Summerlin; his daughters, Kristine Wilkins (Timmy) of Dallas, Angela Stephens of Carrollton and Stacy Jordon (Billy) of Bowdon; and his grandsons, Chad Stephens, Justin Wilkins, Joshua Jordon, David Wilkins, Ethan Jordon, Alex Stephens and Collin Stephens. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Ephesus Baptist Church (8445 Ephesus Church Rd, Villa Rica, GA 30180). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
