He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Partain Ross of Villa Rica, GA.; his brothers, John Stair of Villa Rica, GA and Terry; his sisters-in-law, Lynda Stair of Heflin, AL and Debbie Stair (Ronnie) of Acworth, GA; and his nieces, Julie Hobby and Miki Murray.
