It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles William Bice of Villa Rica, Georgia, who passed away on December 23, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Bice and Opal Lee Bice; his siblings, Eddie Bice, Jay Bice and Billie Lee Norton; and his siblings-in-law, Bud Bullock, Glenn Norton, Jerry Seals, Polly Cohran and Mary Freeman.
He is survived by: his wife Malinda Austin Bice; his children, Robin Parks of Villa Rica and Rex; his daughter-in-law Donna Bice of Villa Rica; his grandchildren, Stephanie Armstrong (Cliff), Kevin Parks, Jessica Lee Meek, Erica Deavers (Josh), Ben Bice (Hannah) and Rachel Burns (Zach); his great grandchildren, Braden Meek, Skyla Lee, Eli Lee, Jonah Lee, Luke Deavers, Sophie Kate Deavers, Rhett Deavers, Chase Armstrong, Will Armstrong, Mason Parks, Logan Parks and Issac Parks; his sister Nancy Bullock of Dallas; his brother-in-law Jean Seals of Villa Rica; his brother Ricky; and his siblings-in-law, Denise Bice of Hiram, Marvene Bice of Dallas, Maxine Harris, Johnny Cook of Powder Springs, Max Austin and Ronnie Austin (Phyllis).
