She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Frank Norris and Margaret Anne Norris (Rhodes); and her husband William Harry Rapp. She is survived by: her sons, Theodore Rapp of Carrollton and Thomas (Suzanne Rapp); her brother Dick; her sister-in-law Sherry Norris of Delaware, Ohio; her sisters, Terri (Edward Bischoff) and Nancy Viglianti of McCordsville, Indiana; her grandson Logan (Katie Rapp) of Germany; and her great grandchildren, Gunner Rapp, Penelope Rapp and Marlow Rapp.
