He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. Sparks and Ella Mae Bonner Sparks. He is survived by: his wife Mary Corinda Stephney Sparks; his children, Brandi Sparks and Simeon Sparks; and his siblings, Ella Jean McLester (George), Kathy Sparks Hawes (Ken), Mavis Walker (Hiram), Penelope Linley (Gerald), Edward Lee Sparks and Sandy Sparks (Vickie).
