He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Poole and Cynthia Conner. He is survived by: his son Sage Conner; his grandmother Essie Mae Conner; his sister Rhiannon Peoples; his uncles, Brandon Conner and Jerry Conner; and the mother of his child Jodi Cleary.
