It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bobby Holden of Villa Rica, Georgia, who passed away on April 7, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Holden and Ollie Ellis Holden; his wife Kay Dewberry Holden; and his siblings, Omlean Woody, Hoyt Holden and Jack Holden.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Holden, Hilda (Darius Dutton), Carla (John Powers) and Gina (Paul Hawkinson); his sister Aline; his brother-in-law Harold Reece; his brother Loyd; his sister-in-law Patricia Holden; his close friend Deborah Harrell; and his grandchildren, Andrew Walton Bone, Joseph Douglass, Dalton Dutton, Skyler Dutton, Anthony, Carlee Powers, Steven, Emily Rush, Austin Hawkinson, Andrew Hawkinson and Brandon Hawkinson. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Martin & Hightower Funeral Home (1312 S Park St, Carrollton, GA 30117). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
