He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Burnett Tidwell and Jennie B. McElroy Tidwell; his wife Patricia Diane Culberson Tidwell; and his brothers, Timmy Edward Tidwell, Horace Wayne Tidwell, Thomas Ray Tidwell and Jimmy Lee Tidwell (Irene Tidwell).
He is survived by: his children, Jason Tidwell of Villa Rica, Marie and Josh Karr of Temple; and his brothers, Joe (Debbie Tidwell), Steve (Peggy Tidwell), David (Darlene Tidwell) and Allen (Joan Tidwell).
Visitation was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jones-Wynn - Villa Rica Chapel (306 Westview Dr, Villa Rica, GA 30180). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Melrose Hills Memorial Gardens (9446 Villa Rica Hwy, Villa Rica, GA 30180).
