She is survived by: her children, Teresa Crook (James) of Villa Rica, Georgia and Mickey Goforth (Ellen) of Winston, Georgia; her siblings, Betty Nell Cullum of Bethel, Florida and Kenneth Puckett of Royston, Georgia; her grandchildren, Adam Babb, Austin Babb, Justin Goforth and Jesse Crook; and her great grandchildren, Tatum Babb, Brie Babb, Blake Goforth and Shane Goforth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
