He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Mae Henson Campbell and Forrest Henry Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, David Campbell (Kay) of Carthage, IN, John Estes of Tuscaloosa, AL, Kathy Harris of New York, NY and Elizabeth Walker (Todd) of Frisco, TX; his grandchildren, Sarah Lafferty (John), Andrew Harris, Ethan Walker, Thalia Walker, Molly Walker, Jonah Estes, Gabriel Estes of Emily Ensinger, J. J, Michael Meyer and Forrest Campbell; and his great grandchildren, Sterling Jessee, Bentley Jessee, Olivia Lafferty and Jack Lafferty.
He was later selected "Barbershopper of the Year" for the Cardinal District in recognition of his many contributions to the society.
