It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Wilkes of Vienna, Georgia, who passed away on November 14, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John David Middlebrooks and Rosa Raper Middlebrooks; and her husband Rufus Q. Wilkes. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Slappy (Melvin) and Rufus Q. Wilkes, Jr. of Vienna; and her brother Jesse Harold Middlebrooks of Albany.
