She was predeceased by: her parents, John Partridge Hurst and Clyde Irene Moulton Hurst; her husband Rufus B. Coody; and her son Steve Coody. She is survived by: her children, Susan Richardson (Hugh) of Vienna, Karen Bloodworth (Raymond) of Pineview and Mark Coody (Wendy Cape) of Vienna; her sisters, Sandra Smith of Macon and Grace Sanders of Atlanta; her grandchildren, Kimberly Klett, Fallon Coody, Jonathan Coody, Elizabeth Coody and Mandee Muse; her great grandchildren, Ben Kubal, McKenna Klett and Thomas Muse; and her niece Jenni Wasmer.
