She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther R. Musselwhite and Thedis Rudd Musselwhite. She is survived by: her husband Sam Abanathy of Vienna; her children, Walter M. Abanathy, Jr. of Cochran and Rebecca Nicole Edge (Brian Chuck, Jr.) of Vienna; her siblings, Winnie Davis (Bruce) of Pinehurst, Danny Musselwhite of Kathleen and Billy Musselwhite of Fort Valley; her grandchildren, Samuel Lee Abanathy and Katherine Elizabeth Abanathy; and her pets, Chloe and Angel.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home - Vienna (1411 E Union St, Vienna, GA 31092).
