She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert James Singletary and Lydia Gilbert Singletary; her brothers, Ford Singletary and David Singletary; and also Jan Singletary.
She is survived by: her husband David Cape of Vienna; her children, Christie Cape Reid (Joe Aldridge) of Ellaville, Matthew David Cape (Jessica) of Vienna and Daniel Thomas Cape of Vienna; her siblings, Clarice Ballard of Cordele, Robbie Carter (Jerry) of Cordele, Nancy Singletary of St. Simons Island, Rodger Singletary (Carol) of Cordele and George Singletary of Cordele; and her grandchildren, Joseph Shiflett, Reese Reid, Kaylynn Cape, Bryce Cape, Kenzie Cape and Kalep Hendrix.
