He is survived by: his wife Tammy Carpenter of Vienna, GA; his children, Todd Carpenter (Linda) of Ellaville, Gina Bailey (Joey) of Ellaville and Angie Kendrick (Charles) of Vienna; his siblings, Larry Carpenter (Jackie) of Newnan, GA, Mary Jane Arnold (Tommy) of Ellaville and Betty Jean Bryan (Bob) of Americus; and his grandchildren, Tabitha Harbuck (Brandon), Patrick Bailey (Kerri), James Kendrick, Katie Wilkes (Zach), Kendall Thomas (Tripp), Zack Kendrick (Tabitha), Mindy Adkins (Kyle), James Murphy (Brandi) and Jonathan Murphy (Tessa). He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
