He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Thurston Rooks and Anna Louise Brown Rooks; and his sister Martha Rooks Wade. He is survived by: his wife Marlaine "Molly" Taylor Rooks of Vienna; his stepchildren, Margaret Charlene Taylor of Vienna, Brittany Nicole Adkins of Vienna and Charles Kellis Taylor of Macon; his sisters, Katherine Rooks of Vienna and Brenda Payne of Abbeville; and his stepgrandchildren, Yakira Taylor of Vienna and Ethan Lester of Vienna.
The family requests donations be made to Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home to help defray expenses.
