She is survived by: her parent Lois Simpson Eddings; her children, Frederick Chalk, III of Tampa and Victoria Smith; and her brother Joe Eddings (Suzanne) of Madison Heights, MI. She is also survived by Grandchildren: 14 Great Grandchildren.
