He was predeceased by: his parents, Jarrell J. Colter, Sr. and Frances Ann Chambliss Colter; and his brother Jack Colter. He is survived by: his wife Betty Colter of Vienna; his children, Brandi Medina (Marlon) of Decatur, AL, Casey Colter of Corpus Christi, TX, Jeff Reed (Melissa) of Pinehurst and Jamey Reed (Gina) of Cordele; his sister Cathy Cunard (Chris) of Macon; and his grandchildren, Marley Medina, Kristen Baker (Shannon), Ryland Reed and Reese Reed. He is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
