He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Pickens Woodward and Abby Gail McBride Woodward; and his siblings, Maxine Woodward Chancey, Pick Woodward and Ernest Paul Woodward. He is also survived by three nieces, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
