It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Bragg Thompson Jr. of Vidalia, Georgia, who passed away on August 13, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bragg Thompson, Sr. and Sarah Freeman Thompson; and his brother Hugh Clifton Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Carroll Thompson; his daughters, Lori Thompson Harn (William) of Vidalia and Jennifer Thompson McComas (Steven) of Vidalia; his brother Roderick Thompson (Ann); and his grandchildren, Will Harn, Anna Maria McComas and Sarah Ann Harn Lorenz (Josh).
