He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill, Sr. James and Louise Robinson James. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Smith James; his children, Hunter James (Maggie) and Wendi Cason (Miles); his grandchildren, JoAlbie James of Vidalia, Banks Cason of Vidalia, Barnes Cason of Vidalia and Ellisyn James of Vidalia; and his siblings, Greg James (Mary) of Vidalia and Patricia Clark (Joey) of Vidalia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
