He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Morgan and Eva Mae Sharpe Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Gay Morgan of Toombs Central; and his siblings, Otis Morgan of Richmond Hill and Betty Morgan Jones (Bill) of Vidalia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
