Vonnell Stephens Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vonnell Stephens of Vidalia, Georgia, who passed away on September 27, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Vonnell Stephens to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Stephens; her grandchildren, Lynn Hall, Joseph Kyle Szakacs and Alexandria Marie Szakacs; her parents, Major McCoy and Effie Louise Allen McCoy; and her brother Don McCoy.

She is survived by: her children, Gail Hall Wilson (Joe) of Kite, Bertha Hall Dukes, Connie Hall Szakacs of Vidalia and Isaac Hall (Lori) of Monroe; and her sisters, Elizabeth McCoy Barwick of Vidalia, Marilyn McCoy Thigpen of Rockledge, Georgia McCoy Barwick, Mary Lou McCoy Warren (Garland) of Rentz and Ann McCoy Bohannon (Danny) of Hazlehurst. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
