She was predeceased by: her father Kanaiyalal Thaker; her daughter Khusboo Shah; and her siblings, Pradeep Thaker and Gira Bhatt. She is survived by: her husband Kaushik Shah of Vidalia; her daughter Arusha Shah (Zubin Dudhwala); her sister Ranjan Pandya of New Jersey; and her grandchildren, Arya of Vidalia and Kaavya of Vidalia.
