It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Usar Herbert E. Burns (Vidalia, Georgia), who passed away on January 30, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lee Burns and Nettie Phillips Burns; and his brothers, Phillip Burns, Julius Burns and Pierce Burns.
He is survived by: his wife Lieselotta Burns of Scott; and his brother Clement Burns of Dublin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
