He was predeceased by: his father Sam Galbreath; his grandmother Lue McKenzie Galbreath; and his brother Richard Galbreath. He is survived by: his sisters, Tina Galbreath Howell of Vidalia and Mary Galbreath Willis (Jerry) of Vidalia; his nieces and nephews, Scott Howell (Wynette) of Wayne County, Chris Howell of Lyons, Greg Harter (Marlee) of Vidalia, Sarah Hollaway of Vidalia, Kalli Howell (Jake Pineo) of Tampa and Stephanie Boney of Vidalia; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cole, Davis, Caleb, Hannah, Brenna, Jessica, Kadie, Paisleigh, AdaLeigh, Ezra, Jemma, Brooklyn and Kami.
