He was predeceased by: his daughter Patty Jo Odom Avon; his parents, Thomas Edmon Odom (T. E.) and Lilly Mae Criswell Odom; and his siblings, Joyce Odom Harbin and Neron "Cotton" Odom.
He is survived by: his wife Lena Taylor Odom of Vidalia; his siblings, Kay Odom Milligan of Nolansville, Tennessee and James Odom of Ashland, Alabama; and his stepchildren, Kim Freeman of Vidalia, Debra Kight of Statesboro and Louie Kight of LaGrange. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
