He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Franklin Caraway, Jr. and Evelyn Haskins Caraway. He is survived by: his sons, Tommy F. Caraway (Mary Lou) of Vidalia and Clay Caraway (Jackie) of Vidalia; his grandchildren, Carson Bacon of Vidalia, Samantha Mitchell (Tyler) of Monroe, Kaci Caraway of Vidalia and Zach Caraway of Vidalia; and his sisters, Nettie-Ruth Tiller and Margaret Boaen of Vidalia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
