She was predeceased by: her husband Dewey Manley; her parents, Samuel Edgar Webber and Ellen Evelyn NeeSmith Webber; and her siblings, Pearson Edgar "Mark" Webber and Vivian Ann Drumm.
She is survived by: her sister Jearldine Scheir of Vidalia. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
