He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Alice Kirkland. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Rimel-Johnson; his children, Kyle Rimel and Tara Hillman; his father John Johnson (Jackie); and his brothers, Richard Johnson and Johnny Johnson. He is also survived by spouses, eight nieces and nephews, numerous cousins, and many long-time friends.
