Young of Vidalia, Georgia, born in Jacksonville, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 17, 2024 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Martin Young and Alice Lee Bush Young; and his sister Sarah Young Morris. He is survived by: his wife Drenda P. Young; his children, Amanda Young Edwards of Vidalia and Christopher M. Young (Julie) of Washington, D. C.; his grandchildren, Chase Edwards (Kalli Anderson) of Glenwood, Brandon Young and Grayson Young of Washington, D. C.; and his brother Sam E. Young of Lyons. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
