She was predeceased by: her husband A. J. Helms; her parents, "Buster" Tootle and Alpha Denton Tootle; her great grandchild Alston Page; her brothers, William Donnell Tootle and Gerald Monroe Tootle; and her son-in-law Ron Cannady.
She is survived by: her daughter Angie Kay Helms Cannady of South Thompson; her granddaughters, Nicole Cannady Page (Alex) and Danielle Megan Cannady of Vidalia; her great grandchildren, Tristin, Annalise, Weston and Kaylee; and her siblings, Shelby Tootle Williamson of Vidalia, Jean Tootle Bryant, Edward Tootle of Clinton and Darrell Tootle of Vidalia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
