She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father C. Tapley; her stepfather Wallace Waters; her daughter Angie Powell Barwick; her granddaughters, Harmony Barwick (Bryant Poss) of Vidalia and Hailey Barwick of Center; her mother Joann Waters of Oak Park; and her siblings, Lynn Powell (Harry) of Lyons, Ronnie Waters (Marilyn) of Normantown, Melvin Tapley of Vidalia, Stacy Davis of Dublin, Kathy Peterson (Pete) of Gray and Renee Gault of Vidalia. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
