He was predeceased by: his parents, Sewell Gordon Beasley, Sr. and Earline Shuman Beasley Jones; his sisters, Polly Beasley Nelms and Belinda West; his nephew Michael King; and his pet Buddy Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Moxley Beasley of Vidalia; his siblings, Velma Ann Beasley of Soperton, Homer Beasley (Judy) of Soperton, Patsy Beasley Brinkley of Hazlehurst, Sandra Beasley Stevens of Soperton, Daniel "Danny" West of Blackshear, Hank Beasley (Becky) of Blackshear and Phillip Jones (Liz) of Vidalia; and his brother-in-law Andrew Nelms of Collins.
