She was predeceased by: her daughters, Dee Dee Carter and Kristy Carter; her parents, Kermit L. Frost and Dealva Allmond Frost; and her brothers, Kem Frost and Kirby Frost.
She is survived by: her husband John L. Kea of Vidalia; her son Chris L. Carter of Atlanta; her stepdaughters, Marsha Kea Harden (Les) of Warner Robins and Janet Kea Bracewell (Dan) of Cadwell; her grandchildren, Cody Carter (Amanda), Zachary Carter, Ryan Carter (Sarah), Blake Morris (Courtney), Janay Harrell (Brandon) and Ethan Harden; and her great grandchildren, Monroe, Warren, Callen, Ellis, Katie Brook, Taylor Kyle, Timber Lee, Landyn, Reagyn, Karson and Asher.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
