Ruth Branch Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2021, at the age of 94, Ruth Branch of Vidalia, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Branch to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Robert Branch; her parents, Joseph Otto Milligan, Sr. and Ammie Bell Garrett Milligan; and her siblings, Aubrey Milligan, Sara Milligan Smith, Paul Milligan, Joe Milligan, Rufus Milligan, Mayo Milligan and Frances Milligan Witt.
She is survived by: her siblings, Billy Milligan (Pinky) of Cedar Crossing, Donald Milligan (Sandy) of Seattle, Washington and Bernese Callahan of Lakeland, Florida. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
