He was predeceased by: his parent Johnny B.; and his brother Dallas "Brother" Smith. He is survived by: his parent Ruby Hobbs Smith; his wife Beverly J. Smith; his son Ronnie Smith (Angie) of Vidalia; his brothers, Johnnie B. Smith of Gainesville Ga and Jimmy Stokes of Madison Ga; his grandchildren, Rusty Smith (Jensie) of Vidalia, Amy Hobbs (Kerry) of Cumming, Aspen Smith, Fiancé Michael Talley of Washington, D. C. and Eric Smith of Vidalia; and his great grandchildren, Mary Katherine Hobbs, Caroline Hobbs, Addison Smith, Jack Hobbs and Russell Smith.
