He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Edward Dismuke and Mattie Irene Fowler Dismuke; his siblings, Gerald Dean Dismuke and Rose Ellen Dismuke Oglesby; the mother of his children Judith Ann Dismuke; and his brother-in-law Garland Kerr.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Shumaker Dismuke; his children, Dwayne Damron (Sherry) of Oak Park, Tony Dismuke (Sherry) of Oak Park, Robin Dismuke (Bracey) of Oak Park, Candace Dismuke Hutcheson (Clint) of Oak Park and Todd Dismuke (Julie) of Oak Park; his stepsons, Harold Coble (Shannon) of Tennessee and Manny Coble (Marcia) of Pennsylvania; and his siblings, Danny Dismuke (Bennie Faye) of Oak Park and Ina Dismuke Kerr of Soperton. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
