He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Kea and Conethea Kea; and his siblings, Russell Kea and Linda Kea. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Kea of Richmond Hill and Anna Wright (Daniel) of Cedar Crossing; and his grandson Trevor Wright.
