He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Benjamin Jacoby, Sr. and Anna Mae Shaffer Jacoby; and his brothers, Richard Jacoby and Arthur Jacoby. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Jacoby of Vidalia; his children, Cheryl Usher (David) of Lyons and Frank Weaver (Laura) of Jackson; his siblings, Linda Miller (Thomas) of McIntyre, Jane Schaeffer (Randy) of Breinigsville, Pat Buchecker (George) of Emmaus, Pennsylvania and Harold Jacoby, Jr. (Ellen) of Andreas, Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Kylie Malarich and Alexa Weaver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
