He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Melgron Carroll and Tiny Maud Thompson Carroll; and his sister Susan Carroll Kingsley. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Geiger Carroll of Charlotteville; his son Paul Carroll, Jr. of East Dublin; his stepsons, Tony Thompson (Crystal) of Higgston and Matt Thompson (Starr) of Cedar Crossing; his grandchildren, Justice, Rhyland, Raleigh, Ethan, Raegan, Cole, Drew, Ronnie, Miles and Maggie; his great grandchildren, Payton and Perry Kate; and his niece Dixie Rafuse (Eddie) of Tennessee.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
