He was predeceased by: his wife Lou Perkins; his parents, George Henry Perkins and Bertha Mae Nevels Perkins; and his siblings, Barbara Passmore, Linda Goeltz and Curt Perkins.
He is survived by: his children, Eddie Perkins of Vidalia and Deidre Perkins McLeod (Bill) of Siesta Key, Florida; and his sister-in-law Ellen Perkins of Mooresville, Indiana.
