He was predeceased by: his parents, Rabon Luke Phillips, Sr. and Jewel Coleman Phillips; and his sisters, Sharon Phillips and Diane Phillips Frost. He is survived by: his siblings, Ray Phillips (Barbara) of Lyons, Tommy Phillips of Jacksonville, Florida and Deborah Phillips Barnard of Blue Ridge; his brother-in-law Ron Frost of Lyons; and his niece Jessica Phillips Wood of Blue Ridge.
