It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pearl Lundy of Vidalia, Georgia, who passed away on April 1, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dallas Stewart Lundy; her parents, Milo Eugene Chester and Minnie Lee Wynn Chester; her son-in-law Hugh Tomlin; her grandson Wyatt C. Tomlin; and her siblings, Rudolph Chester, Eugene Chester, Bobby Chester, Rose Chester Strickland, Mary Chester Carter, Frances Chester Baumgardner and Ila Mae Chester.
She is survived by: her children, James S. Lundy (Denise), Carol L. Tomlin of Vidalia, Gail L. Hill (Jimmy) of East Point and Reverend Angela Pooley (David) of Hickory; her siblings, Clifton Chester of Highpoint, Sandra Chester Graham of Rockledge and Shirley Chester Hardy of Lothair; and her grandchildren, Erin Griner of Nashville, Stephanie Whitley (Paul) of Ailey, Timmons Tomlin of Pooler, Charles Wesley Edenfield (Beth) of Lyons and Dallas A. Pooley of Hickory.
