He was predeceased by: his parents, Laborn Palmer and Merle Mixon Palmer Humphrey; and his siblings, Larry Palmer, Carlton Palmer and Frankie Sue Glaze.
He is survived by: his wife Shelby Jean Williamson Palmer; his sister Joyce Palmer Prescott of Savannah; and his sister-in-law Sue Palmer of Ft. Lauderdale.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
